Returns, Refunds, Exchanges Policy

PRE-SALE FESTIVAL SALES
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for products purchased before the Festival for pickup at the Festival.
Our best effort is made to screen out defective items during fulfillment of your order. 

We only replace items purchased at the Festival if they are defective or damaged. This does NOT apply to PRE-SALE Festival products.

There is a disclaimer on our screen printed products. Due to the nature of discharge printing process, which can be unpredictable to the end result of the image, our screen printer cannot guarantee perfect prints using discharge inks (vs plastisol inks). "Blind" printing with discharge ink does not allow the image to be viewed until the imprinted garment has completed curing at the end of the drying process. There may be some spots or places where the print is not completely inked, and this must be accepted as a part of the artwork (and the process). NO RETURNS will be accepted on discharge ink garments due to artwork inconsistencies (a speck or link where the process did not take effect).

​Plastisol is another ink type and process we use that provides more consistent results at the expense of the feel of the imprinted area on the garment not being as smooth as with discharge printing, and the eventual cracking of the artwork after years of washing and drying. If you see a defect in an item you purchased in the PRE-SALE, bring it to the attention of the Souvenir Tent Manager at the souvenir tent during the Festival.

If our suppliers have run out of the color and size of the garment that you order, we won't be able to fulfill the order. We will contact you so that you can apply your store credit to another product or receive a refund for that item. 

WEEKEND FESTIVAL SALES
For eligible items purchased at the Festival - items can be returned/exchanged for 7 days after purchase. We do not offer store credit/exchange after 7 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Email us to discuss your return before mailing anything: listmanager@sheepandwool.com
  • The claim must be a defect.
  • The regularly priced item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

MUGS, POSTERS, CALENDARS and SALE items cannot be returned.

Check your items before you leave the Festival. Follow the care and handling instructions. When replacement items are out of stock, we can only offer a store credit of equal or lesser value.
