Returns, Refunds, Exchanges Policy

PRE-SALE FESTIVAL SALES
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for products purchased before the festival for pickup at the festival.
Our best effort is made to screen out defective items during fulfillment of your order. If you see a defect in an item you purchased in the PRE-SALE, bring it to the attention of the Souvenir Tent Manager at the souvenir tent during the festival.
If our suppliers have run out of the color and size of the garment that you order, we won't be able to fulfill the order. We will contact you so that you can apply your store credit to another product or receive a refund for that item. 

WEEKEND FESTIVAL SALES
For eligible items purchased at the Festival - items can be returned/exchanged for 7 days after purchase. We do not offer store credit/exchange after 7 days.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Email us to discuss your return before mailing anything: listmanager@sheepandwool.com
  • The claim must be a defect.
  • The regularly priced item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

MUGS, POSTERS, CALENDARS and SALE items cannot be returned.

Replacements:

We only replace items purchased at the Festival if they are defective or damaged. This does NOT apply to PRE-SALE Festival products.

Check your items before you leave the festival. Follow the care and handling instructions. When replacement items are out of stock, we can only offer a store credit of equal or lesser value.
